Ricardo initially relied on Plumbers 911, a marketing service that connects union shops with customers seeking plumbing services. After completing jobs, many customers became repeat clients and provided referrals, which kept him busy. Ricardo, who previously worked previously worked within the Audio/Video industry in Brazil, and despite having no previous experience in construction before the early 2000's, he has been working in the plumbing industry for 16 years now and has attained his Masters Plumbers License. He is proud to be the owner of a Minority Business Enterprise, which is a flourishing plumbing and heating contractor with over 50 union plumbers, a fully staffed office, a pre-fab shop, and numerous ongoing projects.
